A fourth Jewish boy implicated in the death of a Wilno Polish youth named Klimaszewski, was surrendered to the police yesteday by his father. Two of the boys held in connection with the affray were thereupon released and the release of the third is expected today. The boy taken into custody, named Kutzner, whose family is one of the poorest in the city, admitted that he stabbed Klimaszewski with a pocketknife. All the boys involved in the affray were between eleven and fourteen years old.

The incident provoked much excitement in this town and only prompt action by the polce in suspending a local anti-Semitic newspaper and in discouraging activities by a display of force, prevented serious excesses.
