Arthur J. Goldberg, president of the American Jewish Committee, charged here today that publicity was responsible for exaggerating the extent of Negro anti-Semitism in the United States. Mr. Goldberg, a former Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court and former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, addressed a meeting of the Anglo-Jewish Association.
