Ambassador Arthur J. Goldberg, chairman of the United States delegation here, will meet at his headquarters tomorrow morning with a group organized by the Action Committee on American-Arab Relations. The group has been pressing for such a meeting since last September, after Mr. Goldberg had held a conference — on a non-Israeli-Arab issue — with American Jewish leaders.
Dr. M.T. Mehdi, an Arab propagandist, said 15 “prominent American Arabs” will participate in the conference. The session will be held behind closed doors.
