Good will among all people and the necessity for racial and religious friendliness were emphasized here at an inter-creed rally in the First Congregational Church. The principal speakers were Rabbi Maurice Thorner of Temple Beth-El, the Rev. Everett R. Clincky of the National Conference of Jews and Christians, and Judge Robert V. Kinkead of the Hudson County Common Pleas Court The Rev. Harry L. Everett, pastor of the church, presided. Announcement was made that the Brotherhood of Temple Beth-El will sponsor a similar service on May7 when the Rev. Mr. Everett, Father Joseph S. Dineen and former congressman Eugene Kinkead will be the principal speakers.
This Friday night a goodwill service will be held in Temple Shaarey Tofilo. East Orange.
