The belief that the West German Bundestag would ratify the Israel-German reparations agreement in January and that the first goods under the agreement will reach Israel in February was expressed here by Dr. F. Shinnar, who just returned from West Germany where he made arrangements for the setting up of the Israel Purchasing Mission there.
