Dr. Robert Gordis, of Temple Beth El of Rockaway Park, will deliver a series of three Wednesday evening lectures at the Brooklyn Jewish Center, 667-691 Eastern Parkway, on “The Jewish Family in Tradition and Transition.”
On December 12 he will speak on “Birth Control from the Jewish Standpoint.” In his second lecture December 19 he will treat on “Jewish Divorce—Its Virtues and Defects.” Dr. Gordis will conclude the series December 26 when he will discuss “The Jewish Attitude Toward Intermarriage.”
