Max Gottschalk, prominent Belgian Jewish leader, who had not been heard from since the German invasion of Belgium, has reached French soil, it was learned here today by the HIAS-ICA Emigration Association, of which he is president. Gottschalk is an officer in a Belgian force which retreated into France.
