Government Closes Jewish Schools in Turkey

The Jewish schools in the European part of Turkey are now being closed by the government, according to a report brought here by a reliable person who just returned from Turkey.

This week the large Jewish school at Adrianopol was closed, with no reason given for the government order. More than a thousand pupils were thus deprived of means of gaining an education.
