Governmental Anti-bias Agencies Open Three-day Parley in New York

The Conference of Commissions Against Discrimination, a group of 13 governmental agencies charged with the enforcement of anti-bias statutes in the U.S. and Canada, opened a three-day meeting here today. The conference was organized in New York in 1949. The opening of its session coincided with the 10th anniversary of the New York State law against discrimination.
