A new stamp is to be issued bearing the face of the late President Shneur Zalman Shazar, the Cabinet decided Sunday. Because of a general pule barring the issue of stamps featuring a person’s face, a special Cabinet decision was required. The other two late Presidents, Chaim Weizmann and Yitzhak Ben-Zvi, were similarly honored after their deaths.
