Grasberg, Jewish Merchant, Gets Rare Honor in Poland

President Moscicki of Poland today bestowed the Golden Service Cross on Henryk Grasberg, the proprietor of a large steam mill here and a member of the executive of the Jewish Merchants Union, for assistance rendered the city’s population in supplying provisions.

This is the first case in which an individual was accorded this honor for such services.
