Completed support of the American Federation of Labor for Palestine work was pledged today by its president, William Green, addressing a luncheon sponsored by the committee to raise funds for a Leon Blum colony in Palestine. He also attacked Hitler’s persecution of minorities in Germany.

Herbert Morrison, British Labor Leader and chairman of the London Country Council, asserted that the Jews deserved a place which they could call their home. Other speakers included Abraham Cahan, editor of the Jewish Daily Forward, and Max Zaritsky, union leader.
