Thirteen soldiers were injured, none seriously, when an anti-tank grenade exploded accidentally during a training exercise at an Israel Defense Force camp in southern Israel this week.
Three of the soldiers were reported to have medium injuries. The others were slightly injured, the IDF said. All were taken to a hospital in Beersheba for treatment.
The incident is under investigation.
