A survey committee, headed by Philip M. Klutznick, former National Housing Commissioner, has been formed to go to Israel at the request of the Provisional Government of the state of Israel, it was announced here over the week-end by Julius Simon, president of the Palestine Economic Corporation.
Simon said that he had acted on behalf of Mordecai Ben Tov, Israeli Minister of Labor and Reconstruction. The group plans to leave in March for Israel whore they will study the problem, aid in mapping a housing program and then return to the U.S. to encourage American participation in it.
