Oscar Grusenberg, well-known Russian jurist and Jewish communal leader, formerly of St. Petersburg and now a resident of Latvia, was elected the representative of the Latvian non-Zionists on the Council of the Jewish Agency.

Ex-Minister, Prof. Mintz, and Mr. Latski-Bertoldi, editor of the Yiddish daily “Frimorgen,” were chosen alternates.
