H. L. Trachtenberg, graduate of Cambridge University, now of the Institute of Actuaries, has accepted the appointment as resident actuary of the Judea Insurance Company, Ltd. of Jerusalem, where he will shortly take up his post.
Mr. Trachtenberg is forty-three years old and has written several papers for the Institute.
