A special performance for Polish refugees and Australian soldiers now in Palestine was given here last night by the Habimah Hebrew Theatre, playing “Michal, Saul’s Daughter.” The Polish ex-Premier Jedrzejewicz who was among the many Polish notables present commented after the performance that “the Poles in Palestine have now become acquainted with the real Jewish spirit and achievements.”
