Hadassah authorized $180 million for a new patient center at one of its hospitals in Israel. The decision came last Friday at national board meetings preceding the group’s 90th annual convention in Phoenix. In the coming year, Hadassah will launch a major fund-raising campaign to raise the money for the new 14-story building at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem’s Ein Karem neighborhood.
