A detailed plan for transferring refugee children from Germany and possibly other countries to Palestine will be presented to the 21st annual convention of Hadassah Nov. 28 in Cleveland by its national board, it was announced today.
The plan was approved at a special meeting of the national board after it was proposed by Mrs. Edward Jacobs, national Hadassah president, recently returned from Palestine where she visited agricultural colonies where refugee children had been placed.
