A plan for expansion of the curriculum and plant of the Haifa Technical Institute so that the school will be able to double the size of its graduating class within three years was presented to a meeting of the board of governors last night. The plan, proposed by Brig. Yaacov Dori, head of the Institute, was presented for him by a member of the faculty.
