In celebration of the proclamation of Biro-Bidjan as a Jewish autonomous territory, the Icor of Minneapolis conducted a rally at the Labor Lyceum auditorium. M. Lunin of New York City spoke. A protest resolution was passed denouncing Fascism, Hitlerism and anti-Semitism.
