A conference attended by 260 delegates of Jewish organizations, 170 of whom represented Buenos Aires groups, today launched a 5,000,000 peso ($1,000,000) campaign for overseas needs. Half of the quota will be allocated for Palestine requirements and the remainder for refugees and victims of the war.
