Learning that the lecture for which they rented their hall was to be delivered in Yiddish, the Hygienic Society of Warsaw withdrew the permit it had granted the Labor Pro-Palestine League of Poland.

The League hired the hall of the Hygienic Society for a lecture by A. Shiplacoff, American labor leader who arrived here after attending the sessions of the Jewish Agency Council in Zurich. The lecture had to be cancelled at the last minute because the Society refused to permit a Yiddish lecture on their premises.
