Two of the leading Jewish communities in Germany have decided to delegate their representatives to the special committee now being formed to name Germany’s representatives on the Council of the Jewish Agency.
The Jewish community of Hamburg delegated its president, Herr Alfred Levy. The Munich Jewish community delegated Rabbi Baerwaeld. The committee will meet on June 26.
