Comay, Israel’s permanent representative here, and Gideon Rafael, who has been vice-chairman of the Israel delegation during the General Assembly that closed Saturday, conferred for an hour today with Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold. The conference, at the UN’Chie’s request, is understood to have been concerned with a general “tour d’horizon” of all United Nations questions.
