Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold’s report to the General Assembly about the operations, deployment and financing of the United Nations Emergency Force seemed virtually certain today to be laid before the Assembly this week. Mr. Hammarskjold held the first meeting in several months with his seven-nation UNEF Advisory Committee. The countries represented on the committee are Brazil, Canada, Ceylon, Colombia, India, Norway and Pakistan.
