Harry Schneiderman, editor of the American Jewish Year Book for the past 40 years, received an award of appreciation today for his “sincere devotion to Jewish literature” at the annual meeting, of the Jewish Book Council of America, hold at the Jewish Museum. The award was conferred on Mr. Schneiderman by Dr. Mordecai Soltes, executive director of Yeshiva University.
