B. H. Hartogensis, Baltimore attorney, has been appointed to the National Panel of Arbitrators, the juristic group of the American Arbitration Association, Lucius R. Eastman, president of the Organization, announced today at his offices in New York.
In making the announcement, Mr. Eastman said Mr. Hartogensis was an active advocate of the principles of commercial arbitration. The attorney is a member of the committee on arbitration of the Commercial Law League of America.
