Harvard University will not send a special delegate to the Goettingen bicentenary, it was announced today, but if any senior member of its faculty is in Germany about June 30, he will be designated as the Harvard delegate.
Harvard, according to an official statement, still disapproves of the Hitler regime in Germany, as was made known last year when Harvard sent a delegation to the Heidelberg celebration.
