“Havurah Langdon, U.S.A.,” a half-hour documentary about a student organized Jewish commune at the University of Wisconsin at Madison will be aired on “Directions” on ABC-TV. April 21. at 1:00 p.m. E.D.T. The program, a production of the public affairs division of ABC in cooperation with the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, was written, directed and produced by Arthur Zegart.
