The chairman of the French Zionist Federation said here today that widespread identification with Israel and growing unemployment in France have created conditions favorable to the recruitment of French Jews, particularly the youth, for immigration to Israel. Mr. Benveniste told newsmen at a press conference that the newly created French Zionist Youth Federation has settled in Israel as its chief aim. Thirty leaders of North African Jews who have settled in France will fly to Israel this week to study the facilities offered new immigrants.
