The Hebrew press today publishes a demand that the British Government amend its official communique of last Tuesday in which it announced an alleged plot to blow up a British destroyer in the harbor at Haifa.
The press insists that it has now been established beyond all doubt that no attempt at sabotaging the warship was made and that only three Jews were among the thirteen arrested seamen on board the vessel.
