The appointment of Rabbi C. David Regensberg as Dean of Faculty of the Hebrew Theological College here was announced today by the institution’s board of directors. Rabbi Regensberg has served as a member of the faculty on Talmud for the past 25 years. Rabbi Norman E. Frimer, of Toronto, was named Dean of Students.
