Hebrew Union College will break ground here sunday for a new $5 million school adjacent to the University of Southern California, an institution with which HUC has had academic relations for the past three years. Plans for the new school were announced jointly in 1966 by HUC president Dr. Nelson Glueck and Dr. Norman Topping, USC president. Hebrew Union College trains Jewish and Christian educators, rabbis, cantors and social workers. It has campuses in Cincinnati, New York City and Jerusalem.
