A rich collection of autographs, portraits and manuscripts was presented to the library of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem by Dr. Schvastron. The collection consists of 207,000 autographs, 1,300 portraits and many manuscripts. In the collection are manuscripts and letters by Rabbi Levy Itzchak of Berditchev, Kurt Eisner, Disraeli, Boerne, Heine, Dr. Graetz, Sarah Bernhardt, Otto Weininger, Lombrose, La Salle, Meyerbeer, Moses Mendelsohn, Karl Marx, Peretz Smolenskin, J. L. Peretz and Walter Rathenau.
