Fifty-five students received academic degrees here yesterday at the annual graduation exercises of the Hebrew University. Five of the graduates were granted the degree of Doctor of Philosophy for researches in Jewish history.
Since the founding of the University 26 years ago, it has graduated 438 students, of whom 37 received PhD degrees.
