* Hebrew University of Jerusalem is taking in foreign students who had been attending the University of Haifa. The Haifa school shut down operations Sunday amid continued Hezbollah rocket attacks. Some 250 students attending a Haifa ulpan, or intensive Hebrew language program, traveled to Jerusalem on Sunday night.
