Dr. Heinrich Stahl, 70-year-old president of the Berlin Jewish Community, is emigrating to Brussels, where his children live, it was learned here today. The Gestapo has not yet designated his successor. Dr. Stahl was the leader of the Berlin Jews since the Spring of 1933.
