Henry Morgenthau who has been in Athens the past several weeks as a member of the League of Nations Commission for the relief of Greek refugees will return to America shortly. The English delegate to the Commission, Mr. Campbell, has been appointed to the Chairmanship of the Commission to succeed Mr. Morgenthau.
