The New York Stock Exchange lost one of its oldest members in the death here yesterday of Felix Herzfeld, a special partner in the firm of Herzfeld & Stern. Mr. Herzfeld, who was 78, had been a member of the Stock Exchange for 46 years. Retiring from active business in 1920 he sold his seat on the Exchange in 1925. Active in a number of Jewish philanthropies he had particularly been interested in the work of the Hebrew Technical Schol for Girls of which he was a trustee.
