The first volume to appear under the imprint of the new Herzl Press, a publishing house specializing in books and pamphlets on Zionism and Jewish affairs, will be released tomorrow, according to an announcement today by Dr. Emanuel Neumann, chairman of the board of the Theodor Herzl Foundation. The new press is the publication arm of the foundation.
The first volume is “It Has Come To Pass,” an eyewitness account of the problems and aspirations of the people of Israel, by James T. Farrell, American author. Dr. Raphael Patai, anthropologist and lecturer on Middle East affairs, is editor of the publishing concern.
