The Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society has completed arrangements for the construction of a $250,000 hostel in Beersheba, hub of the rapidly developing Negev in Israel, for the use of 40 foreign experts who at present have nowhere to live in the rugged desert town, it was announced here yesterday. The announcement was made by Edward M. Benton, counsel of HIAS, upon his return from Israel where he made the necessary arrangements.
