A decision by Mexico’s highest court has returned to a Jewish committee the site on which will be built a Jewish hospital in Mexico. The site, valued at an estimated 2,000,000 pesos, had been seized by a Mexican, and the case was fought in various courts here. The decision by the high court recognized the claim of the Jewish hospital committee.
