The constructive impact of the Hillel Foundations on Jewish college youth was brought out here yesterday at the first annual Hillel and Music Arts Festival in which hundreds of students from universities and colleges in the New York area participated. The Festival, which commemorated the 300th anniversary of Jewish settlement in this country, presented a program of choral groups, folk dance ensembles and a drama workshop of the Hillel Foundations in the Metropolitan area. Participating in the program were students from six colleges.
