Hillel: the Foundation for Jewish Campus Life announced plans to build a $6 million building on the campus of the University of California at Los Angeles, which is currently the largest major university in the United States without its own Hillel building. The UCLA building will be named for Yitzhak Rabin. Hillel officials say it will be the first building in the United States named for the late Israeli premier.
