Russian opera will be brought into the Hippodrome for the first time next Thursday evening when Alfredo Samlaggi will present Moussorgsky’s “Boris Godunoff,” with Max Panteleieff singing the title role. Eugene Plotnikoff will conduct. Another premiere of the week will be this Sunday’s performance of Verdi’s “Otello.” Pedro Lafuente will be in the title role.
