Israel Air Force planes today hit at terrorist bases in the “Futahland” of southeast Lebanon, an Israeli army spokesman announced. He said the air raid, the first since June 19. lasted several minutes and was aimed at members of the El Fatah terrorist organization who are in the area. All Israeli aircraft returned safely to base. Premier Yitzhak Rabin has repeatedly stressed that Israel will hit at terrorist bases to prevent any attacks on Israeli settlements.
