While Chancellor Hitler in his radio speech tonight over a national hook-up made no direct attack on the Jews and abstained from raising the Jewish question directly, he referred to German refugees abroad who are misinterpreting German youth’s march against Communism, as preparations for war. The Chancellor denounced these homeless refugees as men who are prepared to do anything for personal gain.

At the same time he attacked those who spread atrocity propaganda, but failed to specify to whom he referred.
