Jewry is now played out for centuries, Wilhelm Kube, Nazi leader in the Prussian Diet and oberpresident of Brandenburg, declared here.
“Kaiserdom was ruined because it was friendly to the Jews,” Kube said. “The Republic disappeared even faster because of its Jewish associations. But the Hitler Reich will last because it rejects Jewry and there is no place for the Jews under the Nazi regime.”
Expulsion of Jews from Government posts continues unabated. In accordance with the Government ordinance concerning civil servants, the Reich Commissar of Saxony has ordered the dismissal of a large number of Jewish officials including the Jewish judge, Garson, of Dresden, and judicial counsellor Rosenblatt. Generalkonsul Schlesinger, fgoremost Prussian expert of the Foreign Office, has also been dismissed.
Dr. Theodor Lessing, noted German-Jewish philosopher, has been ousted from the Hanover Polytechnik. Four Jewish professors, Saul Chajes, Frank Holde and Igel, have been dismissed from the faculty of the Berlin Polytechnik.
