‘Hitler Trial’ in Book Form Within Month

“The Case of Civilization Against Hitlerism,” a factual record of the laws and acts of the Hitler regime in the past year as they affect civil liberties, labor, the liberal professions, the arts and the sciences, and women, will be published in book form within the coming month, it was announced yesterday by former Congressman Nathan D. Perlman, vice-president of the American Jewish Congress.

The volume will contain the addresses delivered at the Madison Square Garden on March 7 at the trial of Hitlerism. Among those who will be represented are:

BAINBRIDGE COLBY, former Secretary of State.

BERNARD S. DEUTSCH, president of the Board of Aldermen and of the American Jewish Congress.

DR. ARTHUR BROWN, chairman, American Committee on the Rights of Religious Minorities and secretary emeritus for the Presbyterian Board of Foreign Missions.

MICHAEL WILLIAMS, president of the Calvert Associates and editor of The Commonwealth.

DR. LEWELLYS F. BAKER, professor emeritus of medicine at Johns Hopkins University.

ABRAHAM CAHAN, editor of The Jewish Daily Forward.

HARRY WOODBURN CHASE, chancellor of New York University.

ROGER N. BALDWIN, director of the American Civil Liberties Union.

MATTHEW WOLL, vice-president of the American Federation of Labor.

PROFESSOR SETH WAKEMAN of Smith College.
